- lincolnmatthewsExplorerI kind of liked the older ones better, the old fiberglass nose cap looked better IMO. Better floor plans, almost bought one in 15 but just to **** expensive (couldn't make a deal) so I bought a new Lance 1050S out of Yakima & saved a lot of money (about 10k, a lot for me anyway)
After seeing what Adventurer is doing to them for 17, (no more U-shaped seating,(I guess were one of the few that love our U-shaped siting area in our 015 1181 Lance, which replaced our 1050 after a shop fire) & changed floor plans etc i just can't see the real advantage to them anymore, just my opinion. - billyray50Explorer

That is a fact. Load any TC up with 'stuff' and it can be heavy.:R - jimh406Explorer IIIYou don't need a slide to be heavy.
- SugarHillCTDExplorerNo leaks on mine either.
Very happy with our EC 850.
You read about a problem with few units of any manufacturer and it looks like every unit will be suspect. How about the hundreds or thousands out there that are trouble free?
As far as heavy? Just about the same weight as our previous Lance 855s which had the same layout. Show me ANY TC with at least one slideout and try to claim that it isn't heavy. - BoatycallExplorer

Terrible thing to say but they probably do.
None on mine... that I know of any way. But any rig will leak if not maintained, tc, motorhome, TT, doesn't matter.
I had a 42' triple slide Cyclone Toyhauler. Bought it brand spankin new, kept it under cover and it developed a leak and some small delam. - gpascazioExplorerOwn an 2010 Eagle Cap 1160 with two slides. Have mot had a leak problem. But I would be bery surprised tp find an RV that doesn't leak way too many jponrs that can fail. Overall we are very happy with pur camper.
- Kayteg1Explorer IIBeen thru too many RV. Even Prevost leak, but mine was vintage and it was around cap window.
- TxGearheadExplorer IIBest I can tell, Kayteg1 almost always nails it.
