You might have set a new record. Your inquiry brought out the tire police, weight police, new rig police and the winter driving police. Not bad for a novice.
Enjoy, have fun, take it one day at a time, and if you don`t feel comfortable driving in certain conditions don`t. You can stay wherever you want with that nice new rig so if you are storm stayed for a few days grab some sodas and a few bags of junk food and relax.
Will it be cold in Spokane in January? Might be, but you will learn from the experience.
Your RV should be about relaxation not stress. Heck, if I want stress I can spend more time at work.
