Does Ford still offer the X deals (I think it was X) to employees?

I purchased on the Z plan. I'm better than average at negotiating, and I doubt I could have done much better. Either way, I thought it was a fair price based on all I've read on forums.
The plan works in addition to other rebates. In my case, I had $8500 in rebates plus Z plan and my trade. I worked hard to get my trade within $1k of what comps were advertised for in private sales.
