Loading zones are intended for short term use...to load or unload. So for starters, you would be being a jerk disrupting those who need access for loading.
I'm betting if you parked a UPS truck there for a full day, you would get a ticket as you are not loading or unloading. An RV is going to draw attention much sooner even if it technically is a commercial vehicle.
