Not an Eco Boost but a 2010 5.4 6sp. Mine clunk almost every time on the 2-1 down shift. I took it in twice. 1st time they flashed the tranny and said drive it for a week to let it reprogram it's self. 2 weeks latter I took it in for the same 2-1 bump/clunk. Took a tech for a test drive. He had no clue what was causing it and said don't worry you're still under warranty and if something breaks then we'll know what the problem was. Really?
