Twist it any way you want, however the important and limiting number for any SRW truck with a 5th wheel is the weight limit on the rear axle, which is most cases is based on the tires installed. So Pin weight alone does not answer the question, as there are other variables, such as your rear axle weight when the truck is ready to tow. Everything placed in the bed including the hitch has to be accounted for. So when one guy can handle 3300 pounds the next guy maybe will not be able to. That is what I was attempting to point out. But what the heck if it "pulls like it is not even back there" then go for it, no need to hit a scale!
