Evening meal - Meat, especially if we are near the Dublin General Store in Dublin Michigan. Filet mignon, big fat juicy deluxe cheeseburgers, marinated chicken. I do have a WeberQ, a 3 burner propane stove and a couple of folding tables where I create an outdoor kitchen under the canopy.
Breakfast - french toast or pancakes, garlic onion potatoes, bacon, sausage and eggs. Usually there is 4 teenage bottomless pits to feed besides myself and the wife and sometimes I'm lucky if I get any food!
I'll cook 2 big meals for the day, otherwise its snacks and sandwiches during the day and items that can be cooked on a stick over a fire late at night.
