Cummins and Fiat are in court over some issues with the 07.5 thru 2012. It is not for emissions cheating but for warranty emissions problems.
My 7.5 6.7L had major emission problems when new. In the shop monthly for the first year and a half. Three turbos, sensors, cleanings etc. Since that time its been trouble free with 120,000 miles on it now. Hopefully those emission troubles are gone. - SouthpawHDExplorerWhew! So glad this doesn't impact the Cummins motors, otherwise this thread would just become another brand pissing match.....
- patriotgruntExplorerI wonder if the EPA still pursues this once the Trump admin takes over. The incoming EPA chief, Scott Pruitt, is not a big fan of the agency or their regulations.

104,0000 vehicles affected one estimate,( it includes Jeep) and it appears to be emissions cheating, I suspect FCA may have to do a Mitsubishi and sell to another Automaker, as the cost will be an estimated $5BillionYour links don't work for me. There are two class action lawsuits pending against FCA and Cummins. I haven't found anything that says the EPA is planning action against either company.
This has nothing to do whatsoever with Cummins. The 5.9 and 6.7 are not affected.

The emissions cheating in the 1500s and jeeps are not a Cummins engine - RobertRyanExplorer
