I never exceeded the GVWR, but did exceed the rear GAWR by several hundred pounds, and the hitch receiver rating.
But it was a great Tow Truck.
This is the fallacy of using a high gvwr based payloads to determine how much load we place in the bed. Those 3100-3300 payloads for the F150HD are a joke. Add 3100 lbs in the bed and it will be well above the 4800 rawr.
