I know what Payload is. I was pleasantly surprised that I got more payload than expected with no extra charge. 2,300 instead of 1,600 is more than the fact that I did not get fancy wheels and leather. I don't "need" over 1,600 pounds but I am not going to turn down the bonus either. Just in case. I trade tow vehicles and trailers quite often. I also know that "nothing is free".
The funny thing is that I was going to try a Ecoboost 2.7 until I compared yellow stickers. I can live with a V-8.
