I was gonna comment on turning off that reverse mirror pain when backing, or hitching to a trailer, but sounds like you already found where to turn it off.
Mine was the same way when I first got it. Hated those mirrors dropping down, cause then cannot see anything when backing up.
As far as the spot mirrors, I like them on my Ram. Just need to keep tinkering until you have them set the way you want.
