No need... As I said it is a minor point but signs reflecting the laws against the use of engine {"jake"} brakes are to found all over the country. Feel free to pick and choose which laws you comply with. Like the seat belt and cell phone laws, enforcement will likely fall on those who have run afoul of the LEO community for some other initial offense.

Exhaust brakes are.not an issue. Engine "Jake" brakes WILL in many areas get you in trouble.
