Ford 2.7 v6 Turbo
Anyone towing with the new 2.7 V6 EcoBoost. Salesman at ford dealer said the 2.7 is as good as my 3.5 V6 . I have a 30 ft. #7000 wet TT

It is true that you can tow with almost anything. I pulled a 6000 lb. TT with a
200 hp V6. Max speed on the flat was 60 mph and in the Ozark hills 50 to 55 mph. Not much fun. We moved up to an E-boost with about 350 hp. now no problems.
As suggested do not take anyone's word for it find the vehicle's towing guide and see what the design ratings are.
