Has anybody have any experience with the aluminum trucks with there truck camper .

Just put over 8000 miles this summer for total about 30k.
Aluminium bed shaves about 900 lb from the rear, so my 6000 lb camper goes without any modifications.
I only add Sulastic hangers for empty ride comfort.
