Ford Torqshift 6R140 fluid and filter change video

Looked like a pretty easy procedure to me. For the cost of the filter and fluid, and considering the cost of a new truck and/or trans repairs, I'd do it "early" if I owned one. If you have to pay a shop to do it because you lack the skill, or you're a penny pincher, you could leave it.
