That would be a Reg Cab with 8' box and HD Payload. The bigger cabs have less payload. The F150 has had this since at least 2011 with the HD Payload option. Some folks call them a "heavy-half". I understand other manufacturers used to have heavy-halfs, but not longer do so.
I see stripper versions of these Reg Cab heavy-halfs in construction, roofing and so on. They're a lot cheaper initially and ongoing than the F250s.
