I think you would e better off working with the blue book and looking at other ones for sale.
For what it is worth: the V10s are around and the market is probably soft. Therefore, patience might be beneficial. We paid 21.5K for ours (2009 F350, XLT, automatic, 4x4, 21,500 miles, 4.10, 275/70/18, chrome cab steps, camper & tow package, tailgate step, media module, etc.)
