Far worse than I ever thot. Water, evil dang stuff, has spread all thru the top and made it soft. Needs new roof, but tech thinks the side structure is OK. 6000 to 8000 to fix. Trailer is worth 10,000 to 12,000 to sell, which I can't with damage. And I can't afford it. Will call insurance, but don't know if will cover.
Dealer will give me $5000 for it right now. I was thinking of downsizing, but not quite yet.
I thot all the seams and stuff were good, but the tech showed me where the water would seep thru.
They did wonder if I kept it under cover, because it was so clean.
I can't believe I missed any breaks in the sealant. But they are there, if you get close.
