Fresh Water Hose

Remember, I'm new to campers!

Went to Camping World for the first time last weekend. Holy cow. Lots of stuff that I desperately needed and I didn't even know it! Lol

Anyways, in my new found quest to maximize valuable storage space-
Has anyone tried one of those collapsable fresh water hoses?? The label said they meet drinking water standards. It would save a ton of space over a standard hose.

Tried the search function and didn't see anything in the forums about it.

    I'm surprised, we have then but they all ssh not for drinking water. Tried one once and yuck, did out taste bad! We just use the white one.

    DON'T DO IT! Garbage. The ends pop off without warning. I've had 2 of those things and both went back to CW for a full refund.

    Now I just need one of you to follow me around Camping World and slap stuff out of my hands!

    Well, it didn't look stupid to me. That's why I asked! Lol.

    I mailed away for some X-ray glasses out of the back of a comic book once.

    Camping World has white hoses made in the USA. Most of the others come from China. I don't trust Chinese plastic products. The hose is a thermoplastic, not rubber. Pay a few extra dollars for the safety of your water supply.

    Hey most of the stuff can be ordered fro EBAY or AMAZON so you do not HAVE to go to CW and prices are competitive.
    Do not forget WALMART for the common stuff such as a camper hose, sewer hose etc

    I know they look really smart. Reviews I have read say NOT. Do you have a WAL MART in your area? I get my generic RV stuff there. Nothing against CQW just kinda pricey IMHO
