Define East..................13.9K trailer @ 39' you're going to want a diesel in the east where I live, which is SW/Central PA. I can only Imagine pulling something such as that with my GMC gasser. It sure does not sound like fun. Not to mention the Jayco model the OP listed has a pin weight that will exceed 3000 lbs easily if not more loaded.
