I went looking at Chevy and then found out that the '14 HD is no different than the '13, or in my case, no different than the '09.
If I'm going to lay out $50G's+ I want a new model, not the same thing I have been driving for the past four years. That means waiting another year for the new version of Chevy HD.
The same thing happened to Ram. They made the change for '13 HD, but there are still dealers with brand new '12HD's sitting on their lots. Unless they are giving them away, why buy the old '12 when you could get the updated new '13.
Ford should be ready for a revamp and they will find themselves in the same boat when they come out.
You will NOT have to wait a year. The dealers can order you a new 2015 HD truck, and will be built at the start of next year (just 2 months away).
