Your bias is showing. GM was not doing 12k cash and 0% for 84. Additionally, you had to have near perfect credit to score the 84.
As for the other discussions regarding sales being higher in May for Ford F-series, it is proven that vehicles sales are seasonal based on factors. The auto companies all know and understand, and then we get politics and world impacts that disrupt.
That is what I am saying. When I worked for a Ford dealership many years ago, sales spikes were common based on multiple factors one of them being when fleets do their purchasing. The dealer I worked for only sold trucks so fleets were a major part of their customer base. I now work for a 120+ dealer group that also owns nine Ford dealerships across the US that also only sell trucks so fleets make up almost all of their business. Their sales are seasonal as well and spike in the months that fleets mainly do their purchasing.
