Then you need to look again. There are multiple months throughout the years that they sold way more than the monthly average. Generally they are the last months in the quarter, the month after taxes are due, and the end of the year which are big buying times for fleets.
For example, in 2019 the monthly average for Ford was 74,710 trucks. In May(the month after taxes are due) they sold 87,670. That is almost 13k more than the monthly average. If that ain't a spike then I don't know what is. If you look at the link below, you will see many more spikes over the years that are well above the monthly average for that year.

Your probably right but looking at the numbers from a 10k mile view (annual) they're pretty obvious what's going on.
