To me it will be nice to see them all play by the same rules.
IMO the Ram ED is not in the same league as the higher HP trucks. Ram never intended it to be. It will smoke them in mpg tests though and that's what Ram wants.
I don't think GM will benefit at all from this if the current trend of lowering tow ratings continues. Ford already has the upper hand in tow offs. The tests done tow equal loads, so since GM lowered their to rating and Ford has to also then Ford will just smoke em at a lower tow rating. GM doesn't make a V8 that can keep up with the EB.
