Still would like to know if I can pull a 30+% grade in first gear at gcwr. If not, the truck is not worth having, nor should it be rated to that gcwr!
This SAE J2807 is nothing more than a base to get a given rigs ratings. A 12% grade to stop and start on is less than my driveway......does me a lot of good to use this test procedure to figure out if the rig will work or not!
