Ford should just eliminate the F250 completely or build a diesel powered truck with 3k payload and GVWR of 10k.
So, you can be the first to design this 7000 lbs HD vehicle with a diesel engine, leaving 3000 lbs of payload. Go ahead... build it, you may have a decent market for it.
Then again, if I need both a diesel AND 3000+ lbs of payload, I would just buy a 1 ton truck. Thankfully, most of the roads I drive upon are not class limited, my neighborhood doesn't have that weight restriction and I can afford to pay a higher registration cost in Maryland. Others (I know its hard to believe there are other people in the world) may not be as lucky.
Enjoy your truck, drive it safe and keep to your axle ratings and you will enjoy it for a LONG time. Please quit trolling for the sake of trolling though.
