GMs new 6.2 di seems to get great mpg
I have read a lot of owners reporting 16-18 average and 20-21 highway out of a 6.2. Any here have a new one?? MPG numbers please.

You know you're completely wrong about that......
And pretty much the rest of the post is wrong as well. Compare new truck mileage ratings to the old rating (factoring in the change in rating system) and full size truck are more powerful, faster, and get about 20% better mileage.
And DI makes NO DIFFERENCE with regards to engine braking, ugh.
