My son and his wife are going to be campground hosts this summer. I am trying to help him get ready by figuring out the answers to some questions. They will be in a Fleetwood trailer (orbit 20 ft)in ...

Don't volunteer for everything there to be done - they will work you to death hehe...
We did it once and got free electric but no sewer/water hookups and one supper meal a day at the adjoining way station. We had a provided ATV to use... We were the only telephone location on the site. Had homemade telephone booth setup hehe... Sometimes you had to run a raccoon out of there to use it.
Having to keep the bath houses (was two there) clean was the biggest chore - the rest was alot of fun going all around the camp ground meeting everyone and keeping the peace.
