The refrigerator will run a long time on your 20 pound tank. The water heater uses a lot and we only run it for showers. Real quick showers at that. It would seem that there would be a rest room at the campground so they would avoid a lot of black waste.
Hopefully they changed over to led bulbs or the battery wont last long at at all. They will probably end up running the generator every day and every 10 days or so they may have to run it all day long to put 100 % charge back in the battery. The converters in some RV are not good at fully charging deep cycle batteries. Search these forums as there is a lot of info on charging.
