Practice what you say and HOW you say it regarding the rules. People in general do not like being told what to do. So many times it is not what you say, but how you say it.
Which way would you like someone to ask you to move your car:
"Get off the grass, damn it, you know there is no parking there!!"
Or
"We want you to have a good time during your stay. We are trying real hard to grow grass there and would appreciate it if you would move your vehicle."
