$40,000 is a lot to pay for a bare bones truck. I paid $41,000 for a fully loaded GM Duramax with every option except the heated leather seats and GPS. It even included tow mirrors, chrome side step bumpers, bed liner, and the rear camera. One with the nav package and leather seats was selling at the time for $46,000.
