I bought mine a little over a year ago, Crew cab ST Diesel, 4x4, auto, chrome wheel covers, with blue tooth for less than 40K. When I bought mine there weren't any Dually s around Portland so I had to go to Idaho to get it. Go to some of the NW Ram dealers websites and you can still get a 2013 or 2014 3500 for less than 40K. Sure its the same across country.
