There is a reason they live at the bottom of the satisfaction polls. The only thing I can figure is that Jim Jones is their national sales manager.
The sad part is that it is the same things over and over. Emissions and other electronics lead the list. Anybody sick of repeated service visits yet over repeated reflashs because they can't figure out how to make a trans shift properly, or a check engine light to stay off? The Cherokee has been particularly problematic. We have one that never made it home 30 miles away after delivery, and has been back several times since. Cylinder heads are being replaced constantly on the 3.6 for guess what? Check engine lights! C'mon man!
BTW I bought my older Dodge for the engine, not the box it came in. It'll be a Fummins before it's all over.
