Want good quality then stay the heck away from Harbor Freight. Cheap is what you pay and cheap is what you get. Look around for the Honda even try craigslist for one someone bought, used once and doesn't need now. That's now we got our snowblower, guy bought it to clear his parents out and never intended on keeping it, only used once.
