Yah, it's those blasted "Fans" they've got on the hill there. If they'd just turn them off, it wouldn't be so windy..... heheh, just joking for those that aren't familiar with the wind turbines up there..

I'm guessing that's why it's so windy at time at the Wanapum SP right there...
