That's what I did, works great. I haul a lot of firewood. I put Helwig helpers on a F-250 I hauled a fifth wheel and pickup camper with, they worked great also.
Glad to see someone else suggest that. I just ordered a set of THESE THINGS for my Tundra.
Same here, put some air bags on my 99 Tahoe, Now I control the rear ride height and no more sag or headlights pointing up.
I couldn't find any overload shocks for my Tundra. I wondered if there was some concern for the shock mounts handling a load they weren't designed to carry. I know people have been doing it for years with Chevy.
