I can feel your pain in more than one instance. My friend wanted me to take over driving chores on the way back from a funeral. It had been a long, emotional day, and the four of us were in his Ford Dually Crew. He just pulled over and said, "...here, you drive. I'm beat". I never drove one of these pigs before in my life! He's like, "...just drive!"
First stop? Right! Hardee's drive through!!! All was well though. Didn't hit anything, and made it the whole way home. Ain't ever buying one, though.
Wife's Explorer has been whacked twice since new (less than 10K) and have had so many near misses it's almost creepy. Don't know if it's the color or what. We're both paranoid to drive the darned thing!
