Fist congrats for doing the right thing and taking care of her mail box. More than I can say for the two people that took out my mail box and the street light at my house. One winter someone hit just my box and another winter they got the box and light pole!
Did you put some blue or red reflectors on the box for her? If not it might be a good idea and might keep someone else from doing the same thing in the future. Good thing it was a mailbox and someone walking on the side of the road!
