Problem I see with these in a campsite is what you do with the water when you're ready to leave. I don't think I'd want to camp near you if you're dumping 250 gallons of treated water in your campsite just as you're pulling out...don't think I'd want you next to me either especially if I was downhill...just sayin.....Dennis
The extra electricity and the disposal of the water is a problem. The CG owners expect you to run your air conditioner. However having a hotub is "just one more thing" where a campground owner might review how he is doing business and adjust accordingly.
You can't have it both ways. - Executive45Explorer IIIProblem I see with these in a campsite is what you do with the water when you're ready to leave. I will bookmark the site I may get one for my home yard. I wonder how durable it is and how long it will last before it springs a leak. - SabreCanuckExplorer

I don't need the tub, but great campsite :C
Agreed. :) - FLY_4_FUNExplorerpretty darned cool....
Daryll - DutchmenSportExplorerWe've been wanting a hot tub for the house for years now. 2 reasons why we have not yet. 220 electric and freezing winters. Saw the soft tub at an RV show in Indianapolis a few years ago but watch to expensive. I showed my wife your photo and price this morning. Guess what? She wants one for the house now especially since it can easily be put up for winter or even set up in our family room on the concrete floor with all ceramic tile. And take it camping too. We are defiantly getting one now. THANKS FOR SHARING!

Ummmmm... More people DO do it. Its called A/C 24/7, and probably allot more $$
If more people do this electricity will be metered every where. - RollandBExplorerReminds me of a friends white water rafting biz......they did some trips with a portable hot tub simular to yours. It was very decadent to be in a hot tub on the banks of the Rogue River in So Oregon.
- spoon059Explorer IIThat's great, I love it! Last year at the lake we saw one of my favorite setups ever.... The guy had a truck camper on a flatbed trailer. Underneath the overhang he had a hot tub on the flatbed trailer. It was AWESOME!!!
