- llowllmsExplorerI would think all you would have to do is pull on the arms a little and it would reveal the strap. That's what I did when it happened to me.
- WyoTravelerExplorerBecareful with that strap. If it gets too close to one end it can get wound up in the gears. The straps are quite cheap and easy to replace. They just slide into the track.
- K_CharlesExplorerGrab the roller and turn it, that's all the strap does.
Pull the latch first, one person can do it. - Hiking_HunterExplorerBe sure it's unlocked, then set up a ladder in the middle of the awning and unroll it by hand. You probably won't have to unroll too far, the black strap will usually fall out then.
- BmachExplorer IIMaybe two people on short ladders and each one try and pull it down by the top of the arms?
