How much do I offer for a brand new 2017 Ram 2500 Diesel?
I've been looking for a new Tow Vehicle for a while now. We'd like to buy 2600RB, but we need a new TV first. Unfortunately I absolutely hate, Hate, HATE buying a new vehicle. I despise the whole "car sales" process, but I do like look at new vehicles....alone. So I'll often wonder through the local dealerships parking lots looking at the new vehicles by my self and only after I see something interesting or know exactly what I want, will I go inside the dealership and solicit a sales person. Anyway, I was in the local RAM dealership lot the other day and I stumbled across a brand new 2017 RAM 2500 Diesel Long Horn addition pickup truck buried in close to 100 misc 1500's. The truck was open, so I got into it. It was nicely equipped truck with lots of bells and whistles, but I wasn't too fond of the look of the two tone (tan and brown) interior, but the leather bucket seats were comfortable. The window sticker was missing, so I went inside the dealership and to see a salesmen. Well he didn't even know that that truck was out there and he couldn't tell me anything about it. It seemed like they literally had lost the truck in there own yard. He took my contact info, then two days later he emailed me a copy of the window sticker and the MSRP was just over $70,000. So my question is this.... What do you think I should offer for the truck? Basically it's a new truck with no mileage on it, but its also been sitting on the lot for at least year and half, maybe two. So its technically not a new truck, heck the 2019s will be arriving real soon. So I'm not sure what to offer or it.
