On my Rockwood 2604, I would need to get under the trailer, open the bottom cover where the motor is located, apply 12v from a small battery to the safety brake on the motor to release it, and then use a socket to manually turn the motor.
Calling a dealer, independent rv shop or the factory might help for your slide. - MFLNomad IINot familiar with your model, but do you have a hand crank for this purpose? A crank for mine attaches from opposite side from slide through hole to a T type fitting on motor shaft.
