Thanks, I knew they weren't in production yet, I just wanted the individual who keeps referring to them as though they actually were being produced to admit that they were still in the developmental stages, and that no production models were available.
Semi is not in production. There are prototypes being tested. Factory is in development. Telsa has listed some specifications to give some expectations on usability.
This is commonly available information. Why repeat the question again?
Now back to CyberTruck powering your home... ;)
Sometimes all the hype makes people forget that some of these vehicles are still not in production and all the information they read are from the builders of said vehicles, and not the result of independent testers. pianotuna wrote:

This is not new or break through technology. The Nissan Leaf has had this feature for years. However, I don't think they released that version in USA.
Hi Don. Every leaf with a Chademo plug has the capability of car too home. (Most do). What they didn’t do is release the additional hardware that attaches to the house.
Chademo is certified for this. CCS not so much. But it looks like North America like Europe is embracing CCS an EV standard. Well that and Tesla but that’s another story.- pianotunaNomad III

My reading comprehension is pretty good, how's yours? What does this sentence mean?
"Indeed, the consensus out there agree with you that their current semis as is will be most competitive in short hauls..."
You are referring to "their current semis". Now, do they have semis in production or don't they. Easy question, simple answer: Yes, or No.
No need to be insulting, just answer the question. Easy, peasy. You've danced around it a lot, and brought in rockets and all kinds of stuff, but you've neglected to answer the question: Is there a current semi in production or isn't there? For bonus points see if you can figure out the hidden joke there.
Operative word "will". Reading comprehension -- again?:B
How do you think the semis out there being tested are made? By virgin birth or poof like magic and not produced? This is not just comprehension, this may be something else.:E
And we always say in forum, if you don't want to be parodied, don't send an engraved invitation in your posts (you are bound to be challenged with might be a hurtful truths).:p:W - pianotunaNomad IIIStarship one is in the middle of a learning process. Cut and try. Gather data, and try again. I should have used information gathering instead of failure.

Ah, I guess I missed the part where the semi is in production. That's what you're saying isn't it? That the semi is now in production?...
I'm not going to the topic of the failure of public education specifically on Reading Comprehension... but you might want to review my posts or if anyone said that.
Or is it from Bueller? Bueller... Bueller... anyone?
As to your disinterest on rocket science, we would understand. That's even the more difficult highest math and physics.
