I would first check with your dealer...who can contact Jayco and see if they can get you some matching wall panel. That trim comes off pretty easy and you could likely install a sheet with some backing as needed over the entire area. Failing that you could stain/varathane a 1/4" piece of oak plywood and glue it over the area of the damage and maybe past it by a foot or two in any direction you can. Than get one of those fabric bunk pouches that snap on in many bunkhouse areas so the kids can stash books, electronics etc. The wood overlay will be permanent but at least practical if its got the pockets attached.
