I've owned 6 RVs now of various high end brands (Bigfoot, Safari, Airstream, etc.). The quality of all of them has been poor by my standards. Nevertheless, treated lightly and with some repair, they have all managed to do what was needed. After all, in a $40K camper you do get nearly everything that is in your house. A much cheaper version to be sure.
To get better quality you are going to have to build your own, and even then you will be stuck for the most part with RV appliances. I built/had built a custom yacht about the same size as a large motorhome (45'). The quality exceeds the wildest dreams of any RV builder - but the cost, also. And it has still required repair, now and again.
