Yes Jeff, that was on the failed basement stringer several years back. I am glad that I attacked this problem myself though. His offer to repair it out of warrantee was commendable. Thank you for reminding and informing everyone on that.
The only reason I informed Keith was to prompt him to possibly use better sized frame members, stringers along basement sides since there were a few others experiencing this problem and might help him with future builds.
Jeff, My problem now is the cabover weight bulge that showed up 2 mos. ago trying to see how to attack this, getting differing thoughts/ perspectives to a solution. Thanks all, waiting for good repair weather.
I really believe this problem is from condensation build up between foam and fiberglass releasing the sprayed on glue when used for extended periods in winter.
