If the glue is holding, there should be no condensation as there is no air in there. If it is wet, then the glue gave up first leaving an air gap, then you would get condensation. Expanded polystyrene is not permeable enough to condense through it.
I don't understand why BF and NL don't use extruded polystyrene which would be much better for this application. But it costs slightly more, so I guess there you have it. My Bigfoot 5th wheel from 1986 did use extruded.
