Invitation for repairing delamination Bulge on NL Camper

My NL camper is 12 years old and now and on one side where the cab over connects to the main camper body I have this Bulge just above the water fill and the cab over has a bit of sag or is lower than ...

If the glue is holding, there should be no condensation as there is no air in there. If it is wet, then the glue gave up first leaving an air gap, then you would get condensation. Expanded polystyrene is not permeable enough to condense through it.

I don't understand why BF and NL don't use extruded polystyrene which would be much better for this application. But it costs slightly more, so I guess there you have it. My Bigfoot 5th wheel from 1986 did use extruded.
