Invitation for repairing delamination Bulge on NL Camper

My NL camper is 12 years old and now and on one side where the cab over connects to the main camper body I have this Bulge just above the water fill and the cab over has a bit of sag or is lower than ...

I am sure that anything is possible, but I'm not touching it. Keith hasn't gotten back with me yet, but I'm sure he will make it right. The biggest challenge will be finding someone qualified to fix it correctly.
