Jack knive sofa
Has anyone replaced the very uncomfortable sofa with a dual reclining love seat. I know the space is restricted but it seems to me that a 58" sofa would work.

- It will work fine as long as you can get it into the RV. Many new couches and chairs have removable backs.
- I took our jack knife sofa out and put in a double bed futon. Of course we needed the extra bed as a 18 year old wouldnt fit on a 4foot square sofa bed.
- Make sure it's empty space under the sofa (no furnace).
- That's what I did. Bought a double recliner with a center console. I had 67 inches to work with so I was able to use the console. All pieces were sold separately and they fit together nicely.
- Be sure to measure the extended length and allow some room to walk past it when extended.
