jack not working

I have a 2008 Arctic Fox 990. I started to raise it ion the truck today and the right rear jack did not run. checked the motor and it ran fine. Checked the power and there was no power to the plug using the remote. does any one know where the wires from plug join up, and the remote plugs in.

  • As I said Thanks for the information. The problem was a blown fuse in the Rieco controller. The right rear jack has a little bend on the shaft that extends due to an accident last year, I have another jack and will change it out. I don't like taking the camper off the truck because it has to raise up so high due to the height of my truck. Thanks again
  • Thanks for the help sorry I didn't say what kind of jacks I have. They are Rieco.
  • You should indicate in your post what brand of jacks you have. There is a vast difference in each manufacturers components. AF used HappiJacs earlier and Rieco Titans later.
  • If you have Rieco Titan jacks, the controller should have a swing away door and have blade fuses along the terminal strip for the connecting. wires.
  • Thanks I found the controller under the sink and the top on is the right rear jack. The controller clicks every time I push a button on the remote so I guess the remote is working I so not have an red back up remote. where would the fuse for each jack be it acts kie that is the problem. Did not see them in the fuse panel and not near the controller, Thanks so much for the help it has been invaluable George
  • The controller should be under sink. There is a fuse for each jack - I think one of the upper ones is wired to the right rear (mine are labeled). Use the tether to verify you do not have a bad battery causing weak signal and use the red backup remote to verify it is not primary remote issue.
